Arte en Movimiento es un proyecto de investigación, exploración y movilidad de arte. En colaboración con galerías y creadores, generamos espacios para la exhibición de piezas artísticas, el desarrollo de propuestas y procesos creativos, la reflexión y el diálogo entre quienes lo hacen posible.
Enfocado en impulsar la producción de arte contemporáneo independiente y emergente, el programa contará con diversas entregas que proporcionarán el intercambio entre diferentes galerías mexicanas para edificar canales de comunicación y colaboración creativa, así como para fortalecer lazos entre artistas provenientes de diversas regiones geográficas.
La movilidad cultural es un objetivo prioritario para la mayoría de los artistas y, por lo tanto, un fin cada vez más puntual de las galerías a nivel nacional e internacional.
En esta primera entrega, la visión de artistas chiapanecos en nuestras salas materializa el trabajo conjunto entre Cuatrosie7e Galería y la Feria de Arte Chiapas en su sexta emisión, haciendo posible este testimonio artístico.
El sur, con su fatal destino universal, cuenta historias no escritas; las relata y las canta y también las esculpe y las dibuja. Nuestro sur, nuestro edén resiliente, que carece en medio de la riqueza y que espera su momento hilvanando a oscuras lo que se contará de una u otra forma, ha comenzado a emerger.
Hemos sido invitados a presentarnos, a compartir nuestros sentires, nuestras visiones, a esta hermosa tierra hermana; a escuchar sus consejos y opiniones. Una parte de la comunidad artística de Chiapas hemos elaborado imágenes y formas como si fueran semillas de nuestras últimas cosechas, cual frutos vivos de nuestros huertos, para convidar también, para mostrar el trabajo de nuestras manos y nuestro ingenio.
He aquí una colección de obras hechas con cariño y dedicación para el público de Oaxaca, con el afán de ir tejiendo un puente, una red, un sendero que nos vincule y nos acerque para hacer de nuestro sur un territorio aún más creativo y luminoso.

Art in Motion is a project focused on the research, exploration, and mobility of art. In collaboration with galleries and creators, we generate spaces for the exhibition of artistic pieces, the development of proposals and creative processes, and for the reflection and dialogue among those who make it possible.
Focused on promoting the production of independent and emerging contemporary art, the program will have various editions that will facilitate exchanges between different Mexican art galleries to build channels for communication, and creative exchange, in addition to strengthening ties between artists from diverse geographic regions.
Cultural mobility is a priority for most artists; correspondingly, it is becoming an increasingly important matter for art galleries both nationally and internationally.
In this first edition, we are accompanied by the vision of artists from Chiapas in these halls. The collaboration between Cuatrosie7e Gallery and the Chiapas Art Fair in its sixth edition has made this artistic testimony possible.
The South, with its universal fatal destiny, tells unwritten stories, narrates and sings them, and it also sculpts and draws them. Our South, our resilient eden, which lacks amidst abundance and waits for its moment, stitching together in the dark what will be told one way or another, has begun to emerge.
We have been invited to present ourselves, to share our feelings and visions with this beautiful sister land, and to listen to its advice and opinions. As part of the artistic community of Chiapas, we have created images and forms as if they were seeds from our latest harvests, like living fruits from our orchards, to offer as well, to show the work of our hands and our creativity.
Here is a collection of works, made with care and dedication for the public of Oaxaca, with the desire to weave a bridge, a network, a path that links and brings us closer to making our South an even more creative and luminous territory.
